AS3D input: The creative design was executed by the team at Harriman Steel who aproached CRM Creative and in turn AS3D to manage the implementation of a roll out of this creative in 5 different Schuh stores in London, Edinburgh, Lakeside, Liverpool One and Brent Cross shopping centres. This part of the project followed a rollout of windows, POS displays, print and logos to over 80 other Office stores across the UK all dropping in the same day. AS3D project managed the whole of this multiple store roll out covering the purchasing of props, customisation of props (carried out alongside the team at CRM) and organising installation and acting as a point of contact throughout the process with the creatives and project managers at Harriman Steel and CRM.
